Money-Back Guarantee Policy

1. Purpose & Commitment

At Code Builders, we stand behind the quality, rigor, and industry relevance of our tech training programs. Our Money-Back Guarantee Policy is designed to offer genuine learners confidence and transparency as they invest in their technical education and career transformation.

2. 14-Day Initial Trial & Cooling-Off Period

We provide a 14-day no-questions-asked refund window starting from the official batch commencement date. If within the first 14 calendar days you feel the program format or curriculum does not suit your learning style:

• You may submit a formal cancellation request via email to info@codebuilders.in.
• 100% of the tuition fee paid (excluding nominal third-party payment gateway transaction charges, if applicable) will be refunded.
• Refunds are processed to the original payment source within 7–10 business days.

3. Placement Assurance Programs (Qualifying Criteria)

For select Master Programs with job placement assurance terms, refund eligibility is tied to active student commitment and completion milestones. To qualify for program fee reimbursement under career assurance terms:

• Attendance: Minimum 90% attendance across all live lecture sessions, mentor labs, and system design workshops.
• Project Submissions: On-time completion of all mandatory hands-on assignments and final capstone projects with passing code review scores.
• Mock Interview Participation: Full participation in scheduled HR and technical mock interview rounds.
• Placement Drives: Actively applying to and attending scheduled placement interview drives facilitated by Code Builders hiring partners.

4. Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will not be approved under the following conditions:

• Refund requests submitted after the initial 14-day trial period without meeting the qualifying career milestones.
• Dismissal from the cohort due to code plagiarism, academic dishonesty, or violation of student code of conduct.
• Voluntary withdrawal midway through the program due to personal reasons unrelated to course delivery.

5. Refund Request & Claim Process

To initiate a claim under this policy:

1. Email our academic desk at info@codebuilders.in with subject “Refund Request - [Student Name] - [Student ID]”.
2. Include payment receipts and your registered phone number.
3. Our academic counseling board will review the log and communicate the decision within 5 business days.
